It’s so satisfying when I cook something and it’s a hit with my whole family. Not just part of the dinner like, “I just want the meat” or “I just want the pasta” or “I’m only eating peas tonight” but when everything is polished off the plate. Hence I love this recipe from Deb Perelman, Smitten Kitchen. Pasta bakes are usually a hit with my children but being a huge fan of mushrooms and marsala, the combination is a huge winner for me too. This is definitely one of my favourite pasta bakes and perfect for these cooler nights.
